Print Email Headers - Outlook 2003

I ran into an issue where users of Outlook 2003 with Internet Explorer 7 are unable to print their email headers on HTML emails. Even with Service Pack 3 for Office 2003, this error still occurs, so obviously Internet Explorer 7 is to blame. I found two workarounds for this problem:

Preferred workaround:
  1. Open a HTML email (open, not preview)
  2. Click "File"
  3. Select "Page Setup"
  4. Select "Memo Style"
  5. Click the "Paper" tab
  6. Set the top and bottom margin to 0 (zero)
  7. Click "Ok"
Alternate workaround:
  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click "Tools"
  3. Select "Options"
  4. Under the "Preferences" tab, click "Email Options"
  5. Check "Read all mail in plain text format"
There is one other option:

Bite the bullet and upgrade to Outlook 2007.

PSLoggedOn Getting Started on Windows Server 2008 R2

PSLoggedOn is a tool I downloaded to allow me to find out which computers a user is currently logged on to. Getting it up and running wasn’t exactly easy. I’m running a Windows Server 2008 R2 test environment. The first error I encountered was: Error browing network: The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available. Note: I kept the spelling mistake from the error message to make it easier to find via search engines. To get past this error, you have to enable and start the “Computer Browser” service.
