The MBSACLI.EXE command is a part of the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer (MBSA) tool. It runs the HFNETCHK utility to scan for hotfix status and other security setting vulnerabilities in several Microsoft products, such as Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows XP, SQL Server, etc. After the scan has completed, users can immediately view the reports. Reports are saved in the SECURITYSCANS folder of the user profile for the user who is logged in.
