BACP - Bandwidth Allocation Control Protocol
BACP provides dial on demand or bandwidth on demand for multiple dial up or ISDN links. BACP can also be used to control bandwidth by allowing multiple connections when there is little congestion and dropping the connections as bandwidth becomes scarce. BACP and BAP are available on Windows 2003 Server for RRAS (Routing and Remote Access Servers).
