Hardware
- Be sure to build yourself a decent “lab server”. You’ll want something with a decent amount of memory and disk performance and a 64-bit virtualisation-enabled CPU (All new CPUs should have this, but be aware of this if you are repurposing an existing computer). If you’re going to specialise in networking, get something with a decent amount of network cards.
Feedback
- If you have any suggestions, please post a comment.
Hello I also have a Asus N51VN-A1 notebook I saw your post about you got an ssd, well I also did but do you know what speed the optical drive sata slot operates at?
ReplyDeleteIt reports 1.5 but I think thats only because of the optical drive inside it. I want to buy a caddy for my old drive.
I am a fan of informative content, especially when it's this good. Your views are interesting and I really like that. http://www.certifyking.com
