Customise Windows 7 Explorer's start location

UPDATE: Change the target to %windir%\explorer.exe /n,
Example: %windir%\explorer.exe /n,C:\
Example 2: %windir%\explorer.exe /n,\\server\share\

To customise Windows 7 Explorer's start location, follow these steps:
Right click the Windows Explorer shortcut in the taskbar, then right-click Windows Explorer and select properties (see below):

Enter the location where you want Windows Explorer to start right after the current target (see below):
