How to enable Windows Aero on Server 2008 R2

If you've installed Windows Server 2008 R2, the first thing you will notice is that is looks REAL BLAND, like Windows Server 2000 bland. If you want to pretty it up a bit with Windows Aero, follow these steps:
  1. Install the Desktop Experience Pack Feature
  2. Set the "Themes" service start-up to automatic, and start the service
  3. Reboot
  4. Using Control Panel, change your theme to "Windows Aero"

Please note: This requires a Windows Aero capable video card - most are these days.
